OPTIMAL FLOW AGENCY LLC

Website Terms of Use

Revised October 13, 2026. Policy version: ofa-inquiry-production-2026-10-13. Applies when published on OFA's inquiry website; this is not a paid-service agreement or client activation.

1. Purpose and operator. Optimal Flow Agency LLC, an Arkansas LLC, operates this educational website and business inquiry form. Contact: Deallomcconnell@gmail.com. It is intended for adult business representatives. 2. Honest demonstrations. Demonstration records are fictional and do not establish real client results or revenue. Process checks provide general suggestions, not a business audit or legal, tax or financial advice. OFA does not guarantee jobs, revenue, response times or uninterrupted service. 3. Inquiries and calls. When available, submitting saves your request for review and attempts a separate owner alert. A reference proves storage, not notification delivery or a response. Suggested times are requests; a call is booked only after mutual confirmation. No marketing subscription or SMS authorization is created. Submit only accurate information you are authorized to share, without credentials, sensitive information or customer records. 4. Separate service agreement. This website does not take payment, create a subscription or activate client automation. A separate accepted agreement must identify actual scope, prerequisites, costs, support coverage, cancellation, refunds, data responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Any automated texting requires the appropriate client-specific authorization, consent review and provider approvals. 5. Authorized use. Do not submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, harass, introduce malicious code, overload the site or seek unauthorized access. Do not process real customer data in a sample demonstration. Access to another business's systems needs separate permission. 6. Content and third parties. OFA branding identifies OFA; third-party rights remain with their owners. You may use the educational guidance to evaluate your process, but may not represent yourself as OFA without permission. No affiliation with or endorsement by a founder, education platform, carrier or provider is implied. Providers have separate terms and availability; see the Privacy Notice for data practices. 7. Applicable rights. Educational content must be evaluated for your circumstances. These terms do not exclude nonwaivable obligations or create a blanket release, arbitration agreement or contractual liability cap. Any applicable website agreement is intended to be interpreted under Arkansas law subject to mandatory protections and other applicable law; this does not decide court jurisdiction. Paid-service responsibilities and disputes belong in the separate accepted contract. 8. Updates. OFA should correct inaccurate information and identify revisions. A website update cannot silently amend a signed service agreement. Contact OFA about concerns or accessible information.
