Information collected and purpose
Submitting the inquiry form sends your name, business name, email address, preferred conversation type and question to OFA. A call request can include an optional phone number, suggested times and time zone. Typing without submitting does not send the inquiry. The process self-check runs in your browser.
OFA uses inquiries to consider and respond to requests, coordinate mutually agreed conversations, maintain service and security records, and meet applicable obligations. Please do not submit credentials, government identifiers, payment details, sensitive personal information or your customers' records. This is not a secure document-upload portal.
Cloudflare D1 stores successful inquiries, a reference, timestamps, request scope, the notice version, review and notification status, and a payload fingerprint for duplicate detection. A saved reference confirms storage, not email delivery, a reply, a booked appointment or service activation. No automated acknowledgment to the submitting person is sent by this flow.
Hosting and abuse protection
Cloudflare hosts the website, operates its server functions and stores the inquiry database. Hosting and security services process technical information such as network address, browser information, requested page and request time. Provider logs and recovery copies follow the provider's applicable settings and policies.
The required first-party security cookie __Host-ofa lasts one hour and protects form requests; it is not an advertising cookie. The application derives a keyed network-address fingerprint for abuse prevention. Admission records become eligible for cleanup after one hour during subsequent intake requests, not at a guaranteed wall-clock deletion time. This does not delete an inquiry or provider logs.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and connection signals for security and improving bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Blocking required security processing may prevent submission.
Email and monitoring providers
After saving an inquiry, OFA attempts an owner-only alert through Resend to its Gmail mailbox. The alert includes the reference, not the submitted contact details or question. Resend and Gmail process email addressing, references, delivery information and applicable technical metadata. If you email OFA directly, your message, sender details, headers and attachments are processed separately by the email providers. See Resend's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
OFA's maintenance checks track private aggregate operating counts and alert delivery states. Healthchecks receives an empty operational heartbeat and associated request metadata, not inquiry contents or contacts, to help detect missed checks. See Healthchecks' privacy policy. Providers can process information outside your state or country.
This form does not enroll you in marketing or authorize text messages. It does not send inquiry records to Twilio, Supabase, n8n or Facebook. This release uses aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics as described below; it has no advertising pixels or social widgets. OFA does not sell inquiry data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this flow. Necessary disclosures can occur for legal obligations, fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Any future marketing or tracking feature requires a separate review before activation.
Website visit analytics
OFA uses Cloudflare Web Analytics on its public inquiry website to understand visits, page views, referring websites when available, browser and device categories, approximate country and page-load performance. The browser loads Cloudflare's analytics script and sends technical measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and states that it does not track individual visitors or log URL query strings. OFA does not configure this analytics service to collect inquiry form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry references, custom form events or customer records. It does not connect these aggregate measurements to individual inquiries or advertising profiles. Analytics is separate from necessary form-security processing. Browser privacy tools may block the analytics script; blocking it is not intended to prevent inquiry submission. Counts can be incomplete, sampled or include owner tests and should not be treated as exact unique-person, customer or conversion counts. Cloudflare's published service documentation currently provides access to the previous six months of analytics, with provider sampling and aggregation. This is separate from inquiry and backup retention.
Recovery and retention
OFA has configured daily encrypted snapshots of its inquiry and related operating tables to a private, founder-owned Google Drive folder. Uploaded contents are encrypted before transfer; Google also processes account, file and technical metadata. Private recovery keys and runtime secrets are not included in the snapshot. Visitors do not sign into Google or grant access to their Google accounts. Successful recovery copies and restoration have been tested, but a schedule is not a guarantee of successful future backups, complete recovery or uninterrupted service. Backup freshness is checked through OFA's maintenance monitoring.
Ordinary inquiries closed without starting a service become eligible for deletion 90 days after recorded closure. Active discussions, client records, legal holds and unresolved delivery records require separate review. Deletion is not automatic: OFA must review and carry out eligible removals using authorized account access. This period is not a deadline for erasing every provider copy or a guarantee that a request will be retained for 90 days.
Email, technical logs, operating ledgers and encrypted backup copies are handled separately. OFA targets a rolling 30-day encrypted backup set, reviewed weekly. Older copies become removal candidates and may remain pending manual review, legal or security holds, or verification of a newer recoverable copy. No automatic mailbox, ledger or Drive-backup expiry is configured. Removing a current inquiry does not itself erase older recovery copies. OFA reviews continued need and handles approved requests across the applicable stores, subject to lawful retention and provider recovery behavior. Before restoring a backup into use, OFA must reconcile later deletions, corrections, contact-stop requests and delivery history so old data or notifications are not silently reactivated.
Access, choices and changes
Inquiry review requires authenticated Cloudflare account access; there is no public review endpoint. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security. Contact OFA to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop further contact. Include the reference if available, not sensitive information. Reasonable identity verification may be needed; applicable rights and deadlines are not waived by this notice. Records can be retained where permitted or required by law.
The current release does not change behavior based on Do Not Track signals. No sale or targeted advertising is enabled. OFA will review applicable preference-signal requirements before changing those practices. Contact OFA if information about a child was submitted. Material practice changes require an updated notice and any additional notice or permission required by law; changing a policy alone does not authorize a new use of older information.
